Wii Weight Loss Plan started back in February 2007 as an idea for me to lose weight. At the time I was 270 pounds and had set to lose about 80 pounds to reach 190 and I planned to do it in about a year.

This idea wasn’t too bad as I lost about 35 pounds in 6 months. The problem was I failed by losing interest and not following through with what I had learned over that time. So here I am again – up above my original weight and realizing I really need to do this once and for all.

The site showed results, I stayed on a plan and kept things updated and things went great. So I’ve decided to do that again by starting new and fresh and see what happens.

This time I will be mixing in Weight Watchers, messing around with Wii Sports and Wii Fit, as well as other exercises outside of the Wii. So this time around I’m not solely using the Wii – so the website name might be a bit misleading… but screw it, it’s my site and I’ll do what I want!

The plan this time is to lose 120 lbs in about a year. Completely doable if I can lose a healthy 2 pounds per week.
