I hit my 5% goal!
March 13th, 2010I have 3 goals to reach when I started this plan, the first goal was my 5% goal – to lose 15 pounds. I have done that now and it took 6 weeks to do. Next goal is my 10% goal, and that one is to lose 30 pounds. The goal after that will be my ultimate goal which I haven’t set yet but I want it to be at least 100 pounds. After I hit my 10% I’ll probably decide but I’ll also be making goals along the way… for example 15% will be 45 pounds and so on.
Since I’m a gamer I find myself to be overly competitive and this is no different, that’s why setting these little goals to me is important. It gives me something to try and get to and “level up” so to speak.
Anyway, this means I am now down 15.2 pounds which puts me at 281.4 pounds. Not bad considering 6 weeks ago I started at 296.6 pounds – which by the way is the heaviest I think I have ever been in my life. So here’s to trying to hitting 266 pounds soon!








Good job! and congrats for hitting your 5% goal! I’ve just ordered a Wii and Wii Fit Plus hoping to get my weight loss journey started. Your blog is inspirational.
