First Day Down
January 26th, 2010Getting back into the swing of things is a bit harder than I thought – but it wasn’t too bad.
Ended up going with my old routine when I first started this plan with one of those oatmeal breakfast bars for breakfast, raisins and yogurt for a snack, had a chicken wrap for lunch, dinner I had some chicken with vegetables and then some more yogurt. My drink of choice today has been a glass of milk and some Diet Dr. Pepper – but I really need to start drinking more water.
I’m not 100% sure how the point system works in Weight Watchers yet (first meeting tomorrow) – so I’ll update those numbers tomorrow as well as how my weigh in goes and where I will be setting my goals.
No Wii today though – had a lot of work I had to get done and some cleaning I had to do. Tomorrow will be my first day of that as well.
