Time for a Re-boot

So after almost a two year long hiatus I have decided to re-boot Wii Weight Loss Plan after realizing that I really need to kick this fat out to the curb once and for all. I’ve been bad these past 2 years and put back on the weight I had taken off and then some. I decided recently that this plan actually had some good results so I’m going back to it – and writing here made me keep things honest.
This time around the plan is going to be rather simple. I’m starting up Weight Watchers and will be weighing in Wednesday. So I will be making weekly updates after my weigh-in on how I’m doing.
I plan on incorporating Wii Sports and Wii Fit again and see if that helps at all – will probably be starting that again every night.
I’ll be trying daily to keep my food journal going with points that I spent and go into depth a little bit on how the weight watchers program works with points you can spend daily along with your weekly points.
Last but no least I will have the occasional recipe for people like me who hate to cook and live alone. Also I will be making the occasional game review or game update.
Well, it’s nearly 1 AM and I just got this site up and working and I need to head to bed. I wanted to make a quick post to start things off, so I’ll be back tomorrow with the first day of the program and a bit more detail on my goals.

It is funny, I started the same regimen almost the exact same day… =)
This will be a fun blog to check on every once and a while. It is nice to know that my room mate and I aren’t the only ones on a Wii Fit health plan.
Keep it up, and so will I!
