I forgot to update last night, but didn't forget to work on my plan.
If you follow my twitter feed food journal, yesterday I had 64 oz water, 1 Diet Dr. Pepper, 1 Diet Coke. Not too bad on trying to cut down on the pop. Foodwise, I had an oatmeal to go bar, a raisin bar, some raisins, Smart Ones Chicken Parmesan, and some chicken strips. Realizing I need to add some veggies in my diet there.
Wii Fit, I hadn't been on in 11 days since I was packing and moving. I'm up .8 pounds so now that means I have 13 pounds to meet my 10 pound goal - ugh. Pretty sure I'm not going to hit it. Well, now that I don't foresee myself hitting anymore stumps progress should be made soon and a new goal will be made - next time I won't be as ambitious in my goal making.
